That happened to the guy that let himself get buggered by that horse in Washington state. They never felt they had a reason to pass a law, so anything that isn't illegal is legal by default.

He died from internal injuries and an infection anyway.

How did he get internals? Are you saying the horse is responsible for the infection that killing him? I once heard a woman talking about riding a bologna pony, wait 'till she gets wind of this...

The horse tore him up and the fecal matter must have gotten into his bloodstream. I always assumed that these people just climbed a stool and went to town on the horse or cow. The guy that filmed it couldn't be charged with the non-existent bestiality law, so they got him for trespassing and a few other minor things they fished around for.
